Everything you need to know about Netflix’s free weekend, StreamFest
Netflix’s free weekend in India, called StreamFest, will start at midnight on Saturday, December 5 and run until Sunday, December 6, the world’s largest streaming service announced. During those 48 hours, you can watch whatever you want on Netflix for free. Of course, there are a couple of caveats. For one thing, you’ll get access to a standard definition (SD) stream. Think of it like having access to Rs from Netflix. 499 “Basic” plan. Additionally, Netflix will limit the number of free viewers, which means you may come across a message saying “StreamFest is full.”
But hey, everything else is the same. You can create profiles, add things to “My list”, modify parental controls, change the User interface language to Hindi and choose the subtitles or dubbing you want. During Stream Fest, you will have the option to watch Netflix in Android, iPhone, Smart TV, game console, Chromecast or in a browser. Once you sign in in a browser at Netflix.com/StreamFest, or in the Android app (which uses a web container to display the website, anyway).
Speaking of signing up, you don’t even need to provide payment details. Just a name, email address or phone number and a password. That’s. And oh, if you previously had a Netflix membership in that email, you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off.

Netflix’s free weekend idea was the first Announced in October by Product Manager Greg Peters, with the Android app code subsequently developer that it would be called “StreamFest”, that users would not need a payment method, and StreamFest’s limited capacity warnings.
If you are looking for free access to Netflix, you can also try a limited selection of original movies and TV series, without even creating an account. That comes with high definition (HD) video, but it only works in the browser on Android, Windows PC, and Mac.
