Honor Band 6 launch is November 3. Honor says the Honor Band 6 will usher in a new era of full-screen wearables, saying “this time it will be different.” Along with the ad, Huawei’s sub-brand showed an image that hints at a narrower and larger screen. As of yet, not much information is available on the Honor Band 6. The smartband is likely to initially launch only in China and hit international markets after a few months.
The next release was Announced on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. The teaser image took a look at the screen, and in a caption accompanying the teaser, Honor He spoke of “breaking the shackles of borders and experiencing a greater horizon.” In the comments on the Weibo post, users have expressed their hopes for the upcoming Honor smartband, which includes better battery life, a larger screen, and smarter heart rate monitoring features.
The smartband is expected to have similar characteristics to the Honor Band 5, what was it thrown out last year, but with some improvements. Honor Band 6, like its predecessor, is likely to have multiple sports modes and health monitoring functions, such as heart rate monitoring.
Honor Band 5 features a full-color AMOLED screen, multiple watch faces, and a real-time heart rate monitor. It is available in Midnight Navy, Coral Pink and Meteorite Black color options. the Huawei sub-brand too thrown out the Honor Band 5i last year in Meteorite Black, Coral Powder and Olive Green color options. The Honor Band 5i has a color display panel and heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking functions.
