Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G Supposedly Seen on Geekbench with Snapdragon 750G SoC
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G has supposedly been spotted on Geekbench. The Redmi Note 9 5G series is expected to launch in China on November 26. Before the rumored launch, a Xiaomi phone with the model number M2007J17C, believed to be Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, has been spotted on Geekbench. The list gives advice on key phone specifications and also hints that the company is actively working on the phone. The Redmi Note 9 series has already been launched in global markets, including India, but it was not introduced in China due to the current push for 5G in the region. Now it is speculated that the Redmi Note 9 5G series will be launched in the country with different specifications than the global models.
A Xiaomi phone, believed to be Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, has been stained on Geekbench with model number M2007J17C. This is the same model number the phone is listed under on TENAA, and the Geekbench site hints at Android 10 software and roughly 8GB of RAM. The list suggests that Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G has a ‘gauguinpro’ processor which is probably a codename. Delving into the code, insider Mukul Sharma tweeted that the SoC is connected with Adreno 619 graphics. This suggests that Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G could work with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G achieves a score of 645 in single-core tests and a score of 1,963 in multi-core tests. Xiaomi has not yet officially announced the arrival of the alleged Redmi Note 9 5G series, and with the leaks reaching this speed, the company is expected to make an announcement soon.
Redmi Note 9 5G is expected launch in global markets like Redmi Note 9T. The latter was also spotted on the Malaysian SRIM certification site, giving the possibility more weight. As for Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, it is listed on TENAA with the same model number M2007J17C and is designed to feature a 6.67-inch full-HD + display, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It is also speculated that it has a 108 megapixel main camera.
