Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T will be unveiled on January 8, the company has confirmed through its social media accounts. The phone that has been doing its round of certification has now been made official along with an official look of its back panel design. The Redmi Note 9T will come with 5G support and will be the latest addition to Xiaomi’s confusing Redmi Note 9 series lineup. Also, the phone’s specs, pricing, and promotional images were reportedly leaked prior to launch.

Redmi Note 9T will be launched on January 8 at 1 pm GMT + 1 (5:30 pm IST) according to the company. Twitter and Facebook global accounts. Xiaomi will hold a virtual event that will be broadcast live on the company’s social media channels and on YouTube.
The company hasn’t shared pricing for the phone, but Amazon Germany has apparently upped the gun on its listings for the Redmi Note 9T. Although the list has now been removed, a report by Droidholic citing Amazon’s listing shows that the 4GB + 64GB storage variant will be priced at EUR 229.90 (approximately Rs 20,700) and the 4GB + 128GB variant will be priced at EUR 269.90 (approximately Rs 24,300). . Nightfall Black and Daybreak Purple have been included as the two colour options.

Some of the phone’s specs were also mentioned on Amazon Germany’s now-deleted listing. The phone is said to feature a 6.53-inch full-HD + display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It can be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, have NFC support, and come with a 5,000 mAh battery. The triple rear camera setup is said to be highlighted by a 48-megapixel primary sensor. A promotional image shared by well-known insider Abhishek Yadav also shows support for 18W fast charging.
Also, the Redmi Note 9T 5G is expected to be a rebadged Redmi Note 9 5G that thrown out in China in November last year. If so, the Redmi Note 9T will feature an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a wide-angle lens and a tertiary 2-megapixel sensor with a macro lens. On the front, there could be a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
