Samsung Galaxy A52 5G to support 15W fast charging: report
Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has received 3C network certification in China, according to a report. The listing indicates that the phone will support 15W fast charging. It also indicates that the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, which has been the subject of many leaks and rumours since last November, could be launched soon. The smartphone has the model number SM-A5260. And according to previous reports, the phone is expected to feature a 6.5-inch screen and a quad rear camera setup.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has been listed on China 3C certification site with 15W (9VDC, 1.67A) fast charging support under model number SM-A5260. The 3C certification also indicates that the next smartphone will support 5G, as the name suggests. The 15W fast charge expected of the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is the same as that of the Samsung Galaxy A51 4G and 5G variants.
While the 3C certification does not reveal anything else about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, previous leaks have revealed key specifications of the smartphone. Based on the renders, the upcoming Samsung phone appears to have slim bezels all over it. The smartphone too expected have a quad rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor.
According to your Geekbench assumption list, Samsung Galaxy A52 5G can work with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC. It was seen on the benchmarking website under model number SM-A526B. It is likely to run on Android 11 and have 6GB of RAM.
The smartphone may also come in a 4G variant, which was also recently stained on Geekbench with the model number SM-A525F. According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy A52 4G will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC and may come with 8GB of RAM.
