Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra tilted to feature 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED panel
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to launch alongside other Galaxy S21 series models in January 2021. Now, the key specifications of the phone have been leaked in an online report. The flagship smartphone reportedly bears O3’s internal codename and model number SM-G998U. It is expected to come with a 2X Dynamic AMOLED display and a 5,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy S21 series line can include three models: Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S20 Ultra. The alleged smartphone design and color options were previously leaked.

91mobiles, in collaboration with insider Ishan Agarwal, reported the key specifications of Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The post claims that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will sport a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a perforated cutout located at the top center of the display. The display panel is expected to offer a high 144Hz refresh rate. Earlier this month, the phone versions were filtered out, showing the high-end variant that comes with a slightly curved screen.
Under the hood, the Samsung The phone may come equipped with an Exynos 2100 SoC for various markets, including India. Galaxy S21 Ultra variants in China and the US can get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 SoC instead. The phone will run Android 11-based One UI 3.0 out of the box.
For photos and videos, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to feature a quad rear camera setup, highlighted by a 108-megapixel main shooter. For selfies, there could be a 40-megapixel snapper placed inside the punched hole on the front. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra may have a 5,000 mAh battery. As far as color options go, an earlier report says the phone can be launched in shades of Black and Silver. It is also expected to be compatible with the S Pen.
